Do you support Macs?
Our managed services cover Windows computers and Microsoft 365. Help with macOS software is available separately; Apple hardware isn't supported.
Do you manage servers and network equipment?
Yes. Infrastructure management covers Windows Server administration, virtualization and your network, plus planning for upgrades and replacements so your systems keep up as your business grows.
What happens if there's a security incident?
Our security monitoring alerts us when something looks wrong and we respond quickly. If something gets through, we contain it, clean it up and get you running again.
Do you need to be on-site?
Most work is done remotely, which is usually quickest. We come on-site for hardware, network work and anything that needs hands on a machine.
